A Relaxing Break From The City Life at Qi Wellness Living Tagaytay

What a view!

Want to have some fresh air? Want to be away from the city but don’t want to drive too far? Badly need a massage? Yes, there are days that we need to pamper ourselves for some good stuff! Head over to Qi Wellness Living in Tagaytay for some ‘me’ time.

For a quick get away I frequent Tagaytay. And for good food and good massage with a view my go to place is Qi Wellness Living. The place is not new but still my favorite. I am gonna share to you my latest experience with their massage as well as my food experience there from my previous visit.

The place has a calm and peaceful ambiance. As you walked in, the sound of the big gong wil be heard, this is their way of welcoming guests.

Me and my friends chose Qi Wellness’ signature dry massage – Qi Harmony. This is a 90 minutes dry massage that uses reflexology, acupressure and tui-na techniques. It can be done at the yin yang pool area with the view of Taal.

First, they will direct you to their tea section while you wait. The tranquility of the place, sipping a cup of hot tea while taking in the magnificent view of the taal volcano, away from noise, away from chaos and just calmness surrounding you is a very nice way to relax and prepare the body for the massage.

The massage area is next to the yin yang pool, and oh what a magnificent view while having a massage. The dry massage was really good, they mix the 3 methods, reaching all the sore muscles especially at the shoulder and neck area, giving instant relief and relaxation while the mind and body slowly drift to a calming nap.

To sum it up, my friends and I had an amazing afternoon massage and will definitely come back again. ☺️

Ah~ I could stay here the whole day 🙂

During my previous visit, I was able to try their food. You can choose between their degustation menu or their ala carte menu. Their degustation menu changes seasonally so better check with them for the updated menu. That time we opted for the ala carte dishes wherein every main course comes with soup of the day, steamed Chinese bun and fresh salad. All in all the quality is very good and the taste is amazing.

Yummy fresh salad

Duck Leg Confit

Duck leg confit with soubise purée, roasted beetroot, bokchoy, carrots and promegranate gastrique. A sumptuously good dish, duck cooked just right, so flavorful in every bite!

Oriental Ginger Spring Chicken

Guava Sorbet with Mango, Herbs and Almonds

Left side dessert: Green Tea+White Chocolate Lava Cake with Coconut Sorbet

This place is really worth a visit. From the ambiance, to the food, and massage, I thoroughly enjoyed it all. And their service is good too. Will definitely be back. ☺️
